Palm Beach Prints is not liable for damaged items in transit or stolen packages. I do my absolute best to make sure boxes are securely taped and protected. If package arrives damaged please contact me immediately to see if anything can be done. Anything from a humid day, or hurricane to a drop of the box during transit affects these items and I cannot prevent what could happen during shipping. I am not liable for pillows arriving with cracked paint as this is something beyond my control. If this concerns you, please do not purchase. It rarely happens but can occur.
